An architectural exploration of haunted locations in Singapore.

A selection of about 2.000 mail art works on paper (drawings, collages…) created between 1991-1994 by the artists' trio. They would mail each other pictures, repeatedly overpainting and adding to them until they comprised several layers. Each book cover is unique, individually designed by Eric Schumacher and Andrea Clavadetscher.

This catalogue presents an overview of the duo's projects in the last years, unfolding a personal universe bringing forward nature as a space for political expression. It is structured through a conversation between the artists and Juan Canela, including diverse graphic material and several specific extrapolations written by critics and curators.

In 1991, German art group The Oval Language built a multimedia artwork exploring the irrational impact of Leipzig's Monument to the Battle of the Nations to German generations throughout the years. This LP reproduces the sound layer of the event and includes a recording of a live performance at the HGB Leipzig. Inner sleeve contains photos of each stage of the project and texts.

Chantier is a collective project with Pascal Battus on found objects, Bertrand Gauguet on saxophone, and Eric La Casa on microphones. The trio's proposal is to develop a sound practice created on building sites, amongst the machines and the builders. The fourth part of this project was recorded on the building site of the Philharmonie in Paris.

Au dernier voile de sable is a long erotic and learned poem which evoques the Greek mythology, written by Jean-Philippe Pernot, photographer and film maker, illustrated by the reproductions of black and white surrealistic prints which represents bodies and bones, made by the young artist Hélène Damville.
