In a research based on rhythm and sound material around drums, he expresses sensitivity, softness and power thanks to expert skills and sound recording techniques. The union of these materials create songs made of multiple tones combined with percussions and occasionally harmonica.

All the little shamanic stuffed deities inhabiting the carillon added their souls to the spirit of the reverberating songs, including a song in memory of Mika Vainio.

This LP draws on twenty years of archives recorded by Charles Pennequin on mini-cassettes. Spontaneous recordings of his readings, unpublished solitary monologues, vocal and sound experiments, ambient sounds were selected and edited in the studio by the poet, and thought of as a global composition that goes through different registers and eras of his poetry.

This recording stems from a collaborative sound experimentation developed as part of a project to create new forms for artistic research within the university.
